Are your stickers waterproof and durable?

Yes, our stickers are made from durable, waterproof materials, making them suitable for a range of surfaces including laptops, water bottles, notebooks.

Do you offer custom stickers?

Currently, we do not offer custom stickers. However, we regularly add new designs and themes to our collection. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest products and any future customization options.

Do you offer international shipping?

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

  • Europe: 3-14 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 16 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, please email us at kitsunegallery.art@gmail.com with your inquiry and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms. You will need to cover the return shipping costs upfront and send us a copy of the shipping receipt by email. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and approve the return, we will process a refund for both the product cost and the shipping costs in a single payment. Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I exchange products?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to return a product, please follow our return process as outlined in our return policy.

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Do you have the rights to sell the designs as stickers?

Absolutely! We have agreements with each artist that give us the right to make and sell their designs as sticker sheets.
